Redeeming Funship Dollars Online Form

Has anyone had luck using the Funship Dollars Online Form? I enter all the required information, but when I click submit nothing happens. I have tried on Safari, and Internet Explorer. :confused:

I called them the last time. They will do it right over the phone. Also, be sure and take the certificate with you. One cruise, they had no information on my certificate, but I had it with me and was no problem.

Have heard of people just getting it applied when the board.

Edit: Sorry, thought you were trying to apply a certificate. You can call them and buy one over phone and it applied then if you are having trouble with the form.

I had trouble the first time I tried but someone told me to make sure I had compatability mode turned on so I went (in internet explorer) to the tools menu and made sure that carnivals website was added to the list of sites for this, it worked. Worth a try.

I had the same problem and my TA told me about the compatibility mode. To turn it on (in internet explorer) there is a piece of paper that looks like it is torn by the refresh arrow. Click on that torn piece of paper and it will turn blue. It should work after this - at least it did for me. Good luck!
