Local place to eat POM

We are staying at Holiday Inn POM. We will probably be heading over to the bayside marketplace to shop and probably grab a bite to eat. Can anyone recommend a good place to eat that isn't chain-ey and sells good cuban eats in that area? Gotta get some cuban food while in Miami!

There's a Latin American Cuban cafe in Bayside, its a local chain.

There's also RoHo Cuban Cafe over on Flagler Street, I think they just started opening on Sundays.

You know right across from the Holiday Inn (on the opposite side of Bayside) there is a scary looking lunch counter that's open 24 hours a day. You can often find me having breakfast there, its one of the best deals in town.
