I can't find it now - so our cruise balance keeps dropping YEAH ME! but when we pay it off what happens if it drops again - do we get some sort of credit or because it's paid nothing?

Depends on the rate you booked~ if you are booked Early Saver then yes~ you will submit the form (or have your TA do it) and you will get the difference in OBC~ if you booked any other rate~ Past Guest, Fun Saver, Military etc... then you will get no OBC only a chance of get a higher category cabin.
