Which is best for diving?

If you had to choose two ports to dive in out of St. Kitts, Aruba and Curacao - which two would it be and why? (I've posted the same question in all three forums;)).

Time in port is a consideration here. Westpunt (where most of the popular dive sites are) is 45 minutes from Willemstad where the cruise ships dock. We were not in port long enough for my husband to dive. However, we do hope to return one day for a stay on the island so, my husband can take full advantage of the diving opportunities available.
