fax help!

hi all,im having problems faxing my bank details to silver moon.i have the fax number but cant seem to get through,some one suggested i put a + before the number,would that seem right?by the way i am from england,thanks:confused:

This is the number I have from their confirmation form: (246) 438-3650. We just had to put a 1 in front of the number to get it to go through. Maybe there are some other numbers you would have to put in front for an international call from the UK? Otherwise, I'd call them directly! Hope this is some help!
