San Diego hotels

HI.. we're going to be in San Diego for 3 days before our Oosterdam cruise in November. We are looking at staying at either the Best Western Hacienda Suites in Old Town or the Manchester Grand Hyatt near Seaport Village. Does anyone have any recommendations either pro or con about these two choices? We will not have a car so will rely on public transportation to get around to the sights. Thanks

Ciana:)

Hi Ciana,

I have stayed at the Hacienda in 12/04, and loved it. They have airport, and pier drop off and pick up. It local is great. Everything is in walking distance, and you can take to trolley all over town. The area is very safe, which is important to me. There are some good resturants in Old Town, try Rock Lobster or Baja Lobster, the food there was great. Also the Haunted trolley tour is great. I hope this helps.
