Conierge Lounge on Riviera

Last O cruise was in A1 stateroom. Found the entire concierge concept a waste.

Never used blanket or laptop and nothing needed pressing.

Anything in lounge is available with room service.

Lounge location was floor below and at opposite end of ship.

And the biggest disappointment was the concierge. Always there, but totally useless. asked him to call if there might be an opening in any restaurant at any time. His answer was that the ship was full and nothing would be available the entire 15 days. he could have at least taken our cabin number and say he'd try!

Our only other request was if he could print boarding passes. Answer was, "buy internet time and do it yourself!"

HOWEVER, as always, we enjoyed every moment of our cruise and for the one upcoming, we are returning to a standard verandah:)
