Les Mills Pump

I take body Pump at my gym 2-3 times a week. Great workout. Be real careful when first starting lifting and concentrate on form first and foremost. There are a lot of reps in each track so you won't be able to lift as heavy as you would in the weight room. It is more of a muscle endurance rather than strength workout. Good luck with it!

I'm on week 5 of Pump and I absolutely love it!! I've done P90X and Turbo Fire, but Pump is a great combo of weights, cardio and fun music. I find that I actually look forward to doing it!

 

My husband and I have a fitness support and motivation group on Facebook if you would like to join. It's a fun group and we motivate each other to get it done!

 

Nurseingu...when do you get it?

Hi Carrie. It was shipped yesterday. So by the end of the week I should have it. Many plan is to do Pump @5A when I get up and cardio in the evening. Really looking forward to it. Would love to join your FB group too...

Last night I did Pump and Burn. And it is just that!!! My daughter said it didn't look like I was doing anything. Told her she needs to try it!!!

I had a few setbacks (minor surgery and shingles at the same time) but am finally healing up. Once I am cleared to lift again I was planning on doing another round of PUMP but my Combat will be here by then so I think I may just do it then do another round of PUMP afterwards..

Currently on month two of Les Mills Pump. The only thing I struggle with are the lunges but I think I hurt the bottom of my right foot doing something else. I've had great success in the past 2 months. Loss about 7 lbs. But I'm teaching Turbo Kick too and that's my cardio option.
