New Orleans hotels and longer parking needs

I've noticed several hotels in New Orleans that offer free parking for cruise guests. Most of these advertise only 5-8 days free parking, however. We're doing a back to back next fall so will need twice that. Has anyone had any experience getting parking for longer periods than advertised? I don't mind paying for the extra days, just wondering if this was a possibility.

You will probably have to call the hotels directly to see, but I know some of them will allow longer parking for an extra fee.

Thank you. That's what I needed to know. Didn't want to waste time calling if they never allowed it. Like I said, I don't mind paying an extra fee, just don't want to have to pay the high parking garage rates for 2 weeks if I can avoid it.
