soft drinks question

You also might to use the search function to see more stories from others on this forum, but I'll summarize for you: Normally, nobody has a problem, whether they carry it on or check it. However, the exception does not disprove the rule. RC's policy says you can't bring any drinks on board.

So, bottom line go ahead and bring your soda and water, but be prepared you might have to leave them behind, or get called to the naughty room.

This usually is a topic unto itself, but as an aside, ship's water is actually very good, just not cold. If you want cold water, you can ask your room steward to keep your ice bucket filled. So unless you have a specific reason to bring your own water, you can save yourself carrying the weight of a case of water.
