I'm trying to decide if we should do this or not. Once you get on board where do you go to make the rest of your reservations? Can you just visit one restaurant to make all of the reservations or do you have to visit each one to reserve your times? Did you find the times limited in the restaurants or did you have a variety of times to choose from? Thank you.

We just hit all the restaurants and made the reservations soon after we boarded; there were plenty of times available and that should be the case so long as you take care of it soon after boarding. I believe that you can also make the reservations via phone if you do not want to stop in at all the venues.
