After reading about people getting OBC for fare reductions I did some searching for information on this thread. I am now a little confused. If I booked my cruise (not under early saver) do I still qualify for a refund? If I do qualify how do I do this? I booked my cruise through the carnival site.

If its not ES you will have to call Carnival to get the price drop. You can still change it to ES if you want, and it's still offered. I think the cut off for price reduction for non ES is two months out, if I'm wrong I'm sure I will be corrected :)

Sorry Linda, you are past final payment date, so no OBC to any rate except ES. But we are going to have a fabulous time on board the Fantasy.

If it is not ES, you can not fill out the form. If you find it on another site you can still fill out the form for ES only, and put down the site you found it from

That is what I love about these boards! You can find out so much information! Yes we are going to have a great time even if I don't get an OBC!!!

You can still upgrade right? So if you have an inside and paid $459 that's the current rate for an outside so ithink that's an option.

Yes, you should have the choice to upgrade as well.
