Best Excursion for limited mobility???

I will be traveling with my 89 year old Grandmother and we will be stopping in Peurto Limon in November. I am wondering if anyone has done a ship excursion that would be good for someone that cannot walk long distances.

I don't know about any of the Royal Caribbean tours, but can post that Oscar Brown took a gentlemen and his wife all around the area and he was in a wheel chair. Her post were actually the reason that I chose to use him on our Panama Canal cruise. She posted about their wonderful day in Puerto Limon. I am so glad that she posted about Oscar, as he made our day there magical. We will be using him again in Febuary 2006.

Thank you. My grandmother is concerned about staying with the ship sponsored excursions, so I am trying to find out what I can for her.

First of all what cruise line are you on? There is a pontoon through the jungle that we are going on in Nov. We have 3 in our party that are in their 80's.

I guess that might help. We are going to be on the Carnival Legend Nov 1. Nice to see you are from MN - I grew up there and my grandma still lives there.
