Freeport Windjammer excursions...is there or isn't there?

Depending on what part of the Carnival website you check for excursions, the Historic Windjammer Cruise on the Alexander Von Humboldt is either listed as an excursion in Freeport or not. If I look at them through "manage my cruise page" it isn't there but if I go to the main excursion web page it is. Does anyone know for sure which it is? I would love to do this. Thanks for your help.
