Freestyle Dining

Cruising with NCL for first time next February. Wondered how Freestyle works? I've read that you just turn up and maybe have a wait for your table. That's fine with us. Are you seated with other guests or do you have a table for 2? With other cruise lines, we've requested a table for 6. We've enjoyed the company at dinner and have met some lovely people :)

It works like any land-based restaurant. If you go at peak dining hours (or when the dining room first opens) you may have to wait a bit.

Often times the hostess/host will ask if you want to share a table with others, especially during busy times but it's always your choice. If they don't ask and you want to share a table, ask if there are others that you can be seated with.
