From Procter's post, it seemed the member was discussing his own booking. Therefore, it's a customer service issue. If this situation involves others (which you seem to be implying), I'd be happy to review this with our Community Manager. I'm currently on a Cruise, and paying for my own internet time. I'm returning home tomorrow, and will be happy to follow up on this item on Monday. Until then, I'm closing the thread. Thanks for your patience.
