City_Woman Posted May 29, 2005 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2005 We are seriously consider back-to-back on Carnival next spring. We want to leave out of Florida. Anyone do back-to-back? What are the savings? Any comments/suggestions/tips? Thanks CityWoman
sally r Posted May 30, 2005 #2 Share Posted May 30, 2005 We have done lots of b2b cruises on RCL and NCL. We are doing our first Carnival b2b next April, a 24 day Hawaii cruise. So I can't exactly tell you how Carnival handles b2b's but I can share what we have experienced on other cruiselines: No discount on cruise price Have received really good upgrades Have been put on VIP lists frequently (great perk) Turnaround day procedures have never been the same Back to backs are wonderful, especially when you see everyones bags in the hallway and you still have another cruise left! Enjoy the extended journey!
