What Is A MUST DO in Belize???????

In your opinion what is the one thing that you have to see or experience in Belize............

Yes me asking has a reason. Family is headed there next year. While we have been there once didn't leave the port area due to restrictions with my wife(Wheelchair and amputee). Now we have the freedom to do what we want. Will be my sons (16 at time of sailing) first time. Only restriction is no sand or water. they don't mix with prosthetic leg.

 

Plus its just fun to read what everyone else is so passionate about when the go to a port. You never know someone else is probably wondering the same thing.

Last December, DW and I took a ship sponsored tour to Lamanai. We were on Mariner of the Seas. It was a very long day but well worth it.

 

However, on our way back, our tour bus was stuck in traffic, and we were about 45min. late getting back to the ship. :eek:

 

Since we were on a cruise line sponsored tour, the ship waited for us. :D
