Best of cayman island or explore cayman by land & sea?

We are considering 1 of these 2 excursions through Carnival and wanted to know if anyone had been on either of these and what they thought of them?

Surely someone has some info for us! We've signed up for the Grand Cayman by Land and Sea, most of the reviews on Carnival's website were positive.

My husband and I are doing the land & sea excursion in February... I know that's no help to you, but if you do this excursion, will you post a review??

We ended up booking the Stingray Sandbar, Hell, & Turtle Experience. Saw some good reviews on the Stingray Sandbar and the Turtle Farm so just went with that since we hadn't heard anything on the 1st 2 we were considering.
