Headwaiter has absolute power over you when you're a waiter. Working in anytime? The headwaiter can make sure that any one who shows up two minutes before closing is seated in your section. And, waiters not worried about a delay? I know of one waitress who was working in the wine tasting. A passenger complained that she didn't fill his glass full enough. The passenger complained.
