Just off the 12/15 eastern itinerary. I can't answer your first question, but as for the other 2:

 

Quest was on Thursday (eastern itinerary)

 

Amy should still be on board in February. She has only been on board for a few weeks as of this point. She was fine, but not a favorite. Very predictable.

The parades are normally on the Royal Promenade on deck 5: they can be viewed from promenade cabins (on ships that have them), the lounges and cafes on the promenade.

The Central Park cabins have a view over Central Park, which has entertainment which is usually limited to strolling musicians, quartets, and other brief performances.
