26 October - 7 nights ´Dream´

Anyone on this cruise? If so, do you fancy meeting up for a drink on first day at sea and perhaps sharing taxis on shore rather than doing organised excursions?

 

If we enjoy this cruise half as much as we did our first one in May 2012 we will have a ball - refurbishment or no refurbishment.

Sorry we are on the week before you, will hopefully be lying around a pool at the Son Mataias while you are cruising the med , hope you have a fab time :D:D

Highlandlassie - we tried the Roll Call befoe our cruise in May with no response so thought we would give it a try on here instead this time.

 

Dreamgirl1957 - you will love the Son Mattias. Like you, we are extending our holiday but having the week before in Palma rather than after the cruise - we´ll wave you off as you sail!

Will keep you to that! Are you staying in Palma itself? We had considered that but changed our mind. Will def be doing it next time though so any helpful info would be good and any Hotels you could recommend ?:)

Yes, staying in Palma at the Costa Azul right on the Paseo Maritimo - same hotel we stayed at before our last cruise. Location great (only 5 minutes from Cruise Port) and rooms newly renovated but food iffy so just going Room Only this time - so many places for Breakfast and Dinner close by.

 

We know the island very well as we had a place there for 11 years until we moved over to the mainland in 2001.
