How are the semi-submarines?

I am trying to decide if we should do any of the semi-submaine tours offered. I think there are two. Has anyone ever done one of these? How long does it take? I have DS/DD who are 4 and am not sure if they would enjoy this or not.

Thanks.

I have done the actual submarine with my son who was 6 at the time. He still talks about it over a year later. He had a great time. We saw so much underwater sea life. It was great. Don't know about the semi-sub though. Sorry.

Thanks for the imput. Sor some reason, I cannot find any information about the semi-subs. I thought about the regular subs but also heard they were kind of claustophobic. Also I wasn't sure if my 4 yr. old daughter would actually move off on one boat onto the submarine docked in the water. Plus, I didn't think there was a bathroom on the submarine. Always a worry with 2 four year olds.

Thanks.

Here are some sites relating to the semi sub and full sub.

I can't speak for GC as we did our tour in St. Thomas, but the boat that brought us out to the sub had a rest room onboard. The transfer was very easy and surprisingly the sub had room to stand and move around in.
