My husband and I always book private shore excursions. This way we can tailor them to our tastes and usually they are less expensive than what the ship charges. Generally as the group size increases, the price per person goes down. But we will keep it small, probably no more than 10. Please reply if interested. I will begin to start looking into shore excursions.

you might be a tad late here. In our case we have already booked our easter island tour and post machu picchu. Huahine and bora have no real interest to we hawaiians except as a walk about.
