Song of America

Recommended Posts

We need help,we are looking for past cruisers on Song of America who might have sailed with us to the Mexican Riv. April 1996 and April 1999. When RCI went to a new computer system they lost some of our cruise's we got a few back. The TA we booked with is no longer in business We have some ship pictures that they took of us but they didn't have the dates on them.

Thanks

If you call C&A, tell them what the ship, sail date (approx), and port of departure was and the address you lived at when you cruised that sailing. They will be able to look it up (if you get a helpful agent) and give you credit without your booking number from that cruise.

Dennis,

I went on a few RCCL in the 80's. The C & A asked me for any pictures from the ship, onboard docs, credit card receipts, etc. I found ship's pictures taken by the photographers with the name embossed on the bottom corner. C & A accepted them as proof.

I agree with mnsawyer...no inside cabins again! I did SOA in 1983/84. We have an aft D1 on Explorer in July. Really looking forward to it.

Per Crown & Anchor you must have dates on the picturesthey will give credit only if the dates on them Even though our past record shows we book Dec & April it still doesn't matter and we booked oceanview room on SOA now we book Jr. Suites on Visions of the Seas. We have no credit receipts for 1996 since we only hold them for 5 years for tax purpose. We will keep looking but its getting harder to go back.

Must have changed Dennis in the last few years...........they did not have our credit for our first cruise on the old Nordic Prince, but gave us credit when we called them........no problems.......of course, maybe they didn't have the records that far back either and couldn't check one way or the other.
