Port Lucaya Marketing/Beach or Dead Man's Reef Paradise Cove?

We will be on the Pride stopping at Freeport the end of February and am trying to decide between Port Lucaya Market Place and then going to their free beach there or going to Paradise Cove Dead Man's Reef? Want the better snorkeling but also would like to do some shopping as well and don't think we can do both if we go to Paradise Cove time wise.

I did not go to the Dead Man's Reef..but the beach/shopping at Port Lucaya was great!

Dead Man's is really great snorkeling, right from the beach. Swam with sea turtles my last time there.
