Valencia - Bioparc or Jardines del Turia

Hi all, I will be visiting Valencia in early April with a toddler age daughter. I gather from the city map that Bioparc is at the end of Jardines del Turia, and since my daughter loves to see animals, I am thinking of bring her to Bioparc.

 

I am wondering whether there is any information on how to use public transport from the cruise port (we are using MSC, a big ship) to Bioparc and Jardines del Turia, our cruise ship should dock at 9am and leaving at 6pm.
