Which Tour?

My husband and I are trying to decide between Antigua Paddles, Eli, and Antigua Seafaris. Has anyone done more than one of these and can give us a comparison? Any advice for which tour to choose? Thanks!

We have been with Eli 3 times, and you can be as active or inactive as you like.

The Saffari ride is really ruff and real adventure riding on the hillside abnd stuff but if you want to relax go on the Eli tour. Check out our website for Antigua weather. :) www.classified-ads-antigua.com ;)

As I have said in other posts recently on this forum - Antigua Paddles is a winner. I haven't been on the other tours and I will have to try them, but right now I can only give Conrad and his company nothing but praise. I have been on dozens of cruises and this by far has been the best excursion I have ever experienced - of any island I have visited. I will be cruising the Mediterranean next summer but if I ever return to Antigua in the future I will be on this tour again.

Eli's Tour does not involve kayaking. You have two opportunities for snorkeling and again, you can be as active as you want to be. If I remember right, we met Eli at 10 am and were back in time to board the ship. Cost is $90, but there is a 10% discount if you book online. Go to http://www.adventureantigua.com. This is a trip not to be missed. Eli makes the trip as he grew up on the island and gives a little history as you motor between adventures.

Have fun choosing!:)

I made a mistake in my statement about Antigua Seafaris it is not a land tour but a sea tour. If you are looking for great adventure around antigua by sea book a tour with Antigua Seafaris visit their website today. http://www.antiguaseafaris.com

We are travelling on the Adventure of the Seas (October 10th) and will be spending one day in Antigua. My husband and I have been to Antigua but the kids haven't - i think they might be bored just with a basic drive around the island. I am wondering what would be more fun for two teenage girls - the seafari or something on land like Eli's

I look forward to hearing from all of you - thanks for the help

Hi Anne

How old are the kids ? if they are teens they will love the seafari adventure.
e-mail them and ask them for some info.
www.antiguasedfaris.com ask for Mandy she looked after us over the phone and called us to confirm our reservation a week before our vacation.

The best place to find information is to go to the Antigua Newsgroup http://f27.parsimony.net/forum67635/index.htm The Eli tour is a sea adventure but you can find plenty information and ask any questions and check out the seach for information that you are looking for. Eli and all the others on on this forum and will answer all the questions along with seasoned regular visitors to the Island. There are links to many local websites for fun and adventure or accommodation.

Have a good trip!!!;) www.classified-ads-antigua.com
