Circle C

Having a problem with Carnivals site. Trying to pre-register my son for Circle C. I fill info in, and when I hit the confirm button, it takes it out. If I keep having this problem, can I just sign him up on the ship. And how do I do that? I'm on the Pride.

Yes you can sign him up on board :-)

Glad it wasn't just me- I had problems with it the other day too. Guess I'll wait it out to see if it gets fixed!

I didn't have any problems. It took me out to print out forms that had to be signed and return on embarkment.

I've tried for 2 months..it keeps going into error. Just print the forms and finish it by hand!

I've been having issues for over nine months now! :eek: I talked to a Carnival rep and she said just do the registration on the ship... takes no time at all.

I have always signed my boys up while onboard.

I got the error for several days for O2 with my daughter just recently, and when we got on board and tried to do the manual registration, they already had her info. Somehow, even with the error, all of her stuff went through.

I have brought my kids on our last three Carnival Cruises and it has never worked on line dating back to 2010. I just print the forms and turn them in on the ship on the first night Camp Carnival mixer.
