Hi Is anyone else going to the Magnificent Rome Cruise in April this year?

I want to know how to book exursions before hand and which options there are.

WE went on our first cruise last year and now we're hooked. It moght be snowing out side but only three months to our next cruise.

Just a bit of advice. Since RC took over Pulmantur, it is the 'hard sell' over the Tannoy five times an hour. The Spanish tend to shout at each other even though inches apart (we live in Spain) so expect a very noisy trip. Take ear plugs. The ones they sell in the shop are useless! Excursions are mainly in Spanish with very little English, so research Tripadvisor and Virtual Tourist to see how to do your own thing.

Hi done this cruise couple of weeks ago and it was brilliant, yes the Spanish are loud but they are also very friendly,we had a lot of students on our cruise and they were fine no problems at all,as for the hard sell of excursions I cannot agree with the comment of 5 times an hour, the excursion desk would tell you that if there wasn't enough English speaking for that particular trip you wouldn't have an English tour guide. If you have any problems always find the international rep, ours was Marina and she was very helpful and informative.
