FV Cabin and Concierge Class

I recall reading somewhere that though the FV cabins are not Concierge Class, the FVs on Deck 9 are virtually CC as they are in the same area, plus they are serviced by the same cabin attendants. I.e. you can have your choice of pillows, better bathrobes, etc (if you're nice to the staff, which of course goes without question, but that's another topic! Can anybody who's sailed recently in an FV on the Sky Deck of an M class ship confirm?
