Epic Dining Room Menus - Eastern Caribbean???

Hello - we have a family cruise on the Epic coming up in March 2013. I have read various reviews (which are helpful and appreciated!!) but I was curious if there was a list somewhere of which menus are served on which nights in the dining room? With our 45 day window about to open up, I need to figure out the best night to do various activities and other dining options outside of the main dining room. So, any help/links you could provide would be greatly appreciated!
