Tickets

There are no tickets for anything anymore - everything is electronic.

You should be able to access your flight information and cruise information online through Celebrity's web site if you have the booking number. Ask your TA for this. Once you have the flight info and booking code (off Celebrity's web site or from your TA) you can find your flights on the airlines web site and get seat assignments and check-in there at the appropriate time.

You will want to enter the online check-in info on Celebrity's web site sometime between now and a short time after your final payment date. When this is completed you'll be able to print an "Xpress Pass" from Celebrity's web site which is the best document to expedite you through security when you arrive at the cruise terminal and also to help expedite things at the check in counter at the cruise terminal.

Also, about 5 or 6 weeks before your cruise you'll be able to print cruise documents from Celebrity's web site as a link to these will appear on your online reservation there. The document is really just an information booklet and even though it is titled "Guest Ticket Booklet" there are no actual tickets in it. But it will have lots of useful information in it which is especially valuable for a first time cruiser.

The only thing you might need a "ticket" for is the transfers to/from the cruise terminal. There will be transfer voucher forms in the document booklet referred to above but I'm not sure if you really need these or not. But it is probably best to have them.

Whilst the above replies are correct, most UK TAs will send you a printed copy of the ticket booklet. They also usually send a copy of the Celebrity Confirmation Invoice, which gives your booking ref.

You will still want to go to the web site to get information on excursions, drink packages etc and to complete your check-in information. First sign up for My Celebrity to enable you to do so. Also you will no doubt want to join the Captain's Club after your first cruise.
