Water Icebergs? Good Restaurants? Only 2 hours?

After a stingray/snorkel excursion, we will have 2 or 2 1/2 hours left to do something on Grand Cayman. We were originally planning to go to Royal Palms and hang at the beach. But 2 hours is not enough time to justify that (in my mind), especially when lunch will be a part of that time.

So I have 3 questions:

1.) Where are there locations available on Grand Cayman to use water icebergs and trampolines and toys of that sort?

2.) What good restaurants are there - not too far from the cruise ship port? Fresh seafood would be nice, good variety, not looking for a bar.

3.) So we only have 2 hours to "explore," what can we do (near the port) that is relaxing and easy with kids (ages 4, 7, 10). Something relaxing, like sitting and watching the waves, letting the kids play in the sand, etc. is what I had in mind. But with only 2 hours? Not sure a beach is worth it.
