Infinity Contact Question - Please Help

Hello,
We're sailing on the Infinity June 6th and haven't received our documents yet. We're making out an itinerary with emergency contact information for family, housesitters, etc.
We can't find the instructions for shore to ship emergency contact (phone numbers, operator instructions, etc.) Can anyone help? We'd really like to get this itinerary compiled tonight.
