People to People... communication issues

At the recommendation of many here, we filled out the people to people application online 19 days ago (Jan 6). It said to expect a response within 5-7 days. On the 22nd we received one email from brahming@bahamas.com asking us to confirm our availability to participate in the program.

 

I replied but haven't heard back. So I replied again to ask if they needed us to resubmit.

 

I'm starting to think we need to plan an excursion in Nassau on Feb 13th instead of this. What do you think we should do? scubagirl?
