Must see Pubs or Taverns along Dublin HOHO Bus line?

Hi all,

 

I'll be spending one day off a cruise ship and taking the HOHO bus around town on May 8th, 2013. I'd like to see the city sights and museums but I'd also like to visit some nice pubs or taverns along the way.

 

Can you recommend some not to be missed places? :):)

Here is a list of some historic Dublin pubs that are situated within ten minute walking distance of Trinity College where most visitors board the HoHo bus.

Thank you so much for responding!!! I was beginnng to think that I needed to re-word my question to the general area of Dublin...which is OK too!!!!

 

I just have a day so I thought to keep it somewhat within the area of the HOHO bus but I am willing to venture off for special reasons!!

PS...I have Chisholm (Scottish) and Clancy (Irish) roots and just want to inhale and absorb the culture and enjoy. So agan I thank you for your help.
