nightclub age restrictions on RCL

I would like to know if 18 year olds can go to nightclubs unrestricted on Royal Caribbean. I am aware of alcohol restrictions. I would like to take an 18 year old on a RCL cruise who would like to be able to dance the night away alcohol free. I called Royal Caribbean today and they told me 18 year olds have no nightclub or casino restrictions. However, they could not direct my anywhere on the website where this was written, nor could they email me a copy of this policy. Does anyone have recent experience with this issue? Many thanks!

An eighteen year old has no restrictions on board the ship, except for the consumption of alcohol.

18 year olds are allowed in the night clubs, I'm not sure where it says this but it was being enforced on our last cruise. Just make sure the 18 year old has a license or something with them, when I've cruised just over 18 and just over 21 the bouncers wanted photo ID before letting me enter or giving me a wristband. I never could figure out why they wouldn't just scan my sea pass but whatever.

Sometimes the scanning equipment at the entrance to the nightclub does not have the ability to display the photo associated with the SeaPass card.
