Concierge on Fantasy

I am looking to book a concierge family stateroom on the Fantasy. If there is a choice, should a select a stateroom on Deck 11 or on Deck 12? Thanks for your help.

The only thing I would take in consideration is on deck 11 the verandahs are more enclosed than those on deck 12 - there is plexiglass on the top and bottom with an opening in the middle. Some people say it can have almost like a greenhouse effect and can also amplify the sound and noise around you.

Deck 12 is MUCH more convenient to the concierge lounge.

Always take the room on the same level as the Concierge Lounge. Then the lounge becomes much more of an extension of your own room and it really adds to the experience.
