Private tour itinerary recommendation?

If you were doing a private tour, what highlights would you hit?

 

I definitely want Orient Beach to actually sit on the beach for awhile, Maho to see the planes. I'd love go somewhere on the French side for pastries and shopping. Somewhere for lunch? Orient?

 

Anyone have a good sample itinerary? We were originally going to do Bernard's tour #2, but now we booked him for a private tour for the day.

Stores in Marigot close from 1pm to 3 pm. Maho is best enjoyed around noon. 1-2 hrs is plenty at Maho IMHO. Traffic can be very heavy in the afternoon from Maho.

 

This would involve a lot of time in the car IMHO.
