Going to make this one short and sweet. Got a FCC on my 2011 Dream Cruise. Went to Redeem it yesterday carnival could not find it. I was told they do not have it in system. I did not have the number with me but was told just needed Credit Card and Sail Date. No luck i go home get the number and call back. And OMG They find it on a Victory sailing from 2012. I was never on the victory and did not sail last year. So if i lost that number i would have been out 100 bucks. Needless to say this process was not easy. Good thing they Discountiuned cause its more of a hassle then its worth.
