Oceania or Celebrity

And remember on Celebrity's larger ships you may have to walk a lot longer to get to the restaurant than on O's smaller ships.

The plus side to walking longer is that you'll burn a few more calories.

We sailed on Celebrity for the first time in October, on the Summit "New England" cruise. We chose the cruise for the itinerary and went Aqua class. Since our cruises have been primarily on Oceania, we didn't know what to expect. We found the breakfasts in Aqua class to be excellent, but the dinners were so disappointing that we ate in the main dining room instead. And the MDR was a real surprise. The food was excellent, and the service was better than the service we had on our last Oceania cruise.

I too think the MDR on celebrity ships is far better than the GDR on Oceania. My recent cruise on SOlstice was the best MDR experience we have ever had.
