angelia denise Posted June 8, 2005 #1 Share Posted June 8, 2005 I'm sailing on the Adventure of the Seas out of San Juan this Sunday, and am curious as to the earliest time they'll let you on the ship. The boarding documents say 4:00, but I'm thinking you can get on sooner? Thanks for your help!
NoVa Mimi Posted June 8, 2005 #2 Share Posted June 8, 2005 Last year we arrived at the port at about 11:00am and were the first ones in line. They let us in the building about 30 minutes later, and we were on board at about 12:30. We enjoy getting on early the first day so that we can explore the ship. The cabins were not ready until either 1 or 2:00. I'm sure you will love AOS...a beautiful ship, great service, and a fun time to be had! We enjoyed ourselves so much we're going again this year on a B2B. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, and I'll do my best to answer! caviargal Posted June 8, 2005 #4 Share Posted June 8, 2005 My experiences are also in line with the other posters. Noon is a fair estimate.
angelia denise Posted June 8, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted June 8, 2005 That helps! Since you went on that ship, do you know if the ship rents out dive suits for scuba diving? We have the fins, mask, and snorkel, but no dive suit. We plan to go diving, and have rented them on board carnival and princess cruises before. We assumed you could do the same on RCCL. Thanks again for the info!
