Water temps in October/November

I'm considering a cruise with a stop at Half Moon Cay either October 12th or November 9th, but not sure which date yet.

My wife and I were at Princess Cays in early December and found the water to be a little too chilly for much swimming.

Is it going to be noticeably warmer in October vs November or December?

October is usually noticeably warmer than late nov/ dec. Nov 9th should be ok.

YOu realize it's hurricane season .. right?
