When is the Chef's Table on the Liberty?

We will be on the Liberty in 4/2013 and are interested in booking the Chef's table. How do I find out what day the chef's table is? We have excursions booked for Cozumel and Belize and don't want them to overlap with the chef's table. I was going to e-mail to book it, but I thought I should know the exact day before I commit to booking it.

It will vary. They can let you know when you get on.

Wouldn't the excursions be during the day, and the Chef's Table at night? How would they overlap? :confused:

I remember hearing about the chefs table but didn't pay much attention to the info they were doing it sine it wasn't something I was interested in,I would think you could go up to customer care the day you board the ship and find out all of the information.

Two of the days we will be in port until 6 PM. If dinner started around 6PM there wouldn't be enough time to shower and get ready for an early dinner.
