Does Liberty have any midnight buffets?

Does the Liberty have a special night where they set up some kind of buffet??

One night they had a Mexican buffett set up. It was at 11pm i think. .

11 PM mexican theme buffet. It is ok but nothing to go WOW over if you are familiar with Mexican food, ar least on the Inspiration, Valor and Spirit. Maybe the Liberty chefs do it better.

We've learnt to avoid the combination of Mexican food and Carnival.

 

One time there was a decent looking quesadilla looking item in the buffet. With sour cream on it. Curdled sour cream, yuck.

 

Last few cruises on the Splendor and Inspiration have had a late night grill.

There's a Mexican buffet the night of the Blue Iguana deck part. Other than that, back at the aft grill they serve late night snacks until 1am or so each night. Very simple and basic - hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, grilled ham & cheese, and some cookies and brownies.

The lavish Chocolate Buffet from some years back is now served at lunchtime, on the last sea days.
