I've been lucky on the phone but I've also heard horror stories of how long people have waited. After several calls to Mike at the Players Club, I finally sent him an email and received a reply in a couple of days. He apologized for the delay but said they were swamped with calls. I need to change the casino cash I was to receive on my cancelled Triumph sailing to another cruise, but I was dreading the 45 minute wait to speak to someone.
