Explorer docking at 12:00PM in St. Martin

Sorry for posting this here but I wasn't getting any answers on the St. Martin board.

We are docking at noon and I was wondering if anyone had booked a Bernards tour for the afternoon and if it is worth it for only half a day.

Originally we were planning to just take a taxi to Orient Beach but I was kind of interested in seeing the planes at Maho for about an hour and using the Bernards tour to do this. However, on their site, they mention a pick up of 12:30 but they don't actually list where you go as they do for the full day tours. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Have used Bernards two times and had a great time both times. The tours were different but still good. I would imagine that they would take you right off to Maho Beach for the planes landing since the big ones come in between noon and 2:30, approximately. Then it would be off to see the island. We stopped at Orient Beach, and a short shopping stop in Marigot. The drivers are well aware of the time the ship is in port and will give you the best tour they can. You could email Bernard and ask him any questions you have. He is usually pretty good about getting back to you.
