Correction to who the assistant maitre d' is - there was a guy named Thomas who was working the dining room, but I'm not sure if he was actually an assistant. The board just inside the dining room lists the dining room staff, and Florenin is listed as one of the assistants, along with a lady whose name I don't recall. Either one, I didn't see much of them. JP is the head maitre d' and he is the one you see the most of each night. He serenades you each night with his nice singing voice.

 

Tonight was the last dining evening...and I actually saw some of the passengers dabbing their eyes with their napkins because they were so sad to see the fun end.

 

Today went a lot faster than yesterday, and tomorrow we'll be back in NYC. I just wanted to make sure I corrected the name I gave as assistant maitre d'.
