Daylight savings

So we are sailing out of the Gulf Coast on March 31st. I know that the ship will be on Central time. So I was reading that here in the US we turn our clocks forward on Sunday March 10th but in Cozumel they do not turn their clocks forward until April 7th. Does that mean that we will be arriving in Cozumel at 9 ship time 8 local time? Thanks

and we kept SHIPS TIME....which was fro port of origin..we gained /lost hours every day or so, while @ sea to match up with our Euro?US port time arrival..
